You can order online to pickup directly from our farm or from one of the markets we attend weekly.
For meats that aren't a fixed package size, we show you an approximate weight and price. The final price will be determined by the size of the cut, and be charged at order finalization. For some cuts, this final weight can vary widely (e.g., brisket varies from 3 to 5 lbs).

We are a family farm in Temple Terrace living our belief that good, healthy, local food should be available to all. We farm with the benefit of the land in mind, increasing fertility with each animal rotation, which allows us to raise animals without medications. They get organic feed, grass, weeds, hay, bugs and that’s it. We feed New Country organic, GMO-free, soy-free products. And now we sell it too!
